I have added the following changes:

- JBoss Central D&D will always work when dropping a URL to the empty editor area, the header of an editor (including Java editor), to an editor or a view that doesn't have its own D&D and to the JBoss Central editor
- if there isn't the MPC client, D&D will work when dropping a URL to the Eclipse toolbar, menu, a view and an editor that doesn't have its D&D added
- if there is the MPC client, D&D will, in most cases, work the same as when MPC doesn't exist because our D&D initializes with a delay of two seconds. It sometimes can happen that MPC's D&D isn't initialized before our D&D. In that case, our D&D won't work when dropping a URL to the Eclipse toolbar and menu.
- D&D also works if a user opens a new Eclipse window
