Testing on fresh Fedora 19 64 bit and clean Eclipse for JavaEE:
1. Installing Andorid SDK from https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
2. Restarted Eclipse after successful installation
3. Two dialogs are opened:
- Welcome to Android Development
- Android Location is not set in preferences
4. Closing dialog Android Location is not set in preferences
5. Dialog Welcome to Android Development is opened and allows user to install Android SDK
