    Steps to Reproduce: 
# ASSERT make sure that you have an account on an OpenShift instance that supports environment variables (ex. openshift.redhat.com
# ASSERT make sure that you have a domain
# EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your connection (NOT the domain) and pick from context menu *New->Application*
# EXEC: once in the application wizard hit "Advanced" and see if there's a button "Environment Variables..."
