While this is certainly not good, I'm still resolving this as "won't fix" because it's hard to know in which cases there is a problem and even harder to communicate this problem from the Forge1 runtime to Eclipse. Remember that all these wizards will be replaced by Forge2 soon which will solve the problem in  the end.
