Have updated job workflows so that every time JBoss Central TP zip is rebuilt, JBDS product job runs too, passing in the URL of the zip to the bit of maven/ant that creates the HTML pages.

PRs applied in 4.1.x/master branches to take that URL and turn it into a local zip, linked from the html pages:
