[~nickboldt], sorry but need more explanation. I don't understand why we are calling it experimental and not tech preview. [Want to know because In the docs I've listed it as tech preview, which would be a contradiction and may require the docs to be fixed].

I don't think this fits CordovaSim or Hybrid Mobile Tools as these were developed in-house.
* 'Tech preview' states "plug-ins tested by Red Hat ... and may evolve sufficiently to be considered tested or supported." - which sounds like a better fix for CordovaSim or Hybrid Mobile Tools.
