[~maxandersen] Adding "Experimental" the feature names was done for 4.1.1.Beta1; before that it was not there. Might have been prompted by the fact that the content was being added to JBDS Central, rather than just being in JBoss Tools "Additional Tools" category.

Anyway, regardless of the history, I think I'm hearing that:

1) features' feature.properties files should *change from "Experimental" to "Technology Preview"*
2) connector descriptions (1 - see screenshot below) should *omit "Experimental" and "Technology Preview"*
3) connector certification (2 - see screenshot below) should *change from "Experimental" to "Technology Preview"*

As all the above are changed being proposed AFTER Beta1 feature freeze, they will require:

a) PRs 
b) PR review with at least 2 approvals 
c) a "respin-a" for CR1, perhaps scheduled for this coming weekend (Nov 23 - 24)
