The code works in the following way:

- if a portletbridge version >= 3, faces_config mustn't be updated
- richfaces 4.x and portletbridge 3.x have changed structure. The PR imports libraries according to the new structure
- portletbridge 3 includes a richfaces extension library (portletbridge-extension-richfaces-<VERSION>.jar). The library mustn't be added if richfaces isn't used
- those richfaces libraries that have been added with the seam or some other facet have to be removed because they aren't compatible

I have added some comments to the code and updated the PR.
