Publish step didn't publish because of missing export skipRevisionCheckWhenPublishing=true.
I respin it and the build is now available under http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/m2e-extensions/m2e-apt/1.1.0-2013-11-29_03-18-37-H27/
