Yes, it's already in the ./features/com.jboss.jbds.product.feature/feature.xml and ./site/category.xml of jbdevstudio-product so there's nothing else to be done here, once it's updated in the 4.40.x JBDS target platform, ./jbdevstudio/multiple/jbdevstudio-multiple.target
