There are quite more items to fullfill here than just additional children in the OpenShift Explorer tree. The various existing actions like "Edit Domain", "New Domain", "New Application", etc. have to appear at different children. Furthermore the application wizard now needs to be able to allow the user to choose the domain, in case it is launched from File->New, File->Import or Central.
Furthermore we also have to adapt the server adapter UIs (wizard, editor)
