Is not the icon in the top-left corner of the app (Eclipse ball vs. JBDS ball), or the Help > About dialog sufficient to know whether you're running Eclipse + JBDS BYOE or the JBDS branded product?

-1 for any CSS changes that turn Eclipse pink.
