Xavier Coulon reassigned JBIDE-12860:
-------------------------------------

Assignee: Radoslav Rábara (was: Max Rydahl Andersen)

Hi [~rrabara] !

I downloaded and installed the same version of JBDS and could not reproduce the issue with a fresh new kitchensink/html5 project I created from Central.

As expected, duplicating the JaxRsActivator class gave 2 warnings and removing the duplicate class cleared both of them.

Can you post the content of your .project file ?
I'd like to check the order of the project builders.

Also, are you starting from a new project or an old/existing one ?

Thanks

> This case now fails:
> STEP: Create jaxrs problem with Application problem (Multiple application definition - one class extending Application and one application servlet definition in web.xml)
> STEP: comment servlet definition in web.xml
> ASSERT: problem marker in web.xml disappears
> ASSERT: problem marker in application class disappears
> FAIL: problem marker in application class doesn't disappear, because problem markers are not linked now -> project has to be built to correctly remove both problem markers
