I am sorry for late and thank you for your patience. My paperwork had been a long journey but I have made repository for this(https://github.com/masao-kunii/byteman-editor) finally. Could you check it out? If you like it, I will make pull request with some refactoring such as changing package names, adding copyright notation and mavenize.

bq. when you say it has similar implementation does that mean it is also using xtext or something else ? 

We did not use xtext.
