Because the 5.0.x and 6.0.x streams require that the plugins be REBUILT along with the Central project / component, and one of those is in ... <shudder> SVN </shudder>.

This was easier because it was a single patch-fix change that I could apply in 2 git repos (noted above) instead of 3 SVN repos/branches + 5 git repos/branches.
