Looks like org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.feature is also part of the JBT "Core Tools" category, so it's preinstalled there too if users just pick that category, or all categories, or use Marketplace. 

And if they're set up correctly, the vpe.cordovasim plugins will declare their dependence on the vpe.browsersim plugins, which means we can safely remove vpe.browsersim.feature from the Central connector and just let p2 resolve the dependent plugins instead.
