[~nickboldt], which Beta1 are you referring to? This JIRA has JBDS 8.0.0.Alpha1 as Fix version. You talking about slipping to Beta1 suggest you mean 7.1.0.Beta1.
Otherwise, Jirka Peterka verified this a while back and was happy with the functionality.
We could verify it again, but let us know which stream - master or 7.1.x.
