Merged this PR [1], along with some reformatting (tabs/spaces), refactoring (feature.toinstall -> ius.to.install), and a bugfix to make profileName dynamic instead of hard coded to SDKProfile, so other Eclipse EPP bundles are supported as install bases. Updated README & examples to use Eclipse 4.3 (Kepler) and JBoss Tools 4.1 / JBDS 7 [2].

Thanks to [~mbenson] for this huge simplification over the old ant-contrib-based version and for inspiring me to clean up the outdated Eclipse 3.6 examples.

Next up, providing a commandline installer script for using the JBDS izpack installer headlessly.
