[~maxandersen] [~fbricon] can you provide steps to reproduce and/or screenshots? And a list of installed plugins/features in the two cases?

Also, what functionality is missing? 

(BTW, I'm going to start using the "needinfo" label on JIRAs like these which clearly need more info before they're processable.)
