If JBDS-IS site now 'merges' in a specific version of JBDS(in this case JBDS 7.0.0.GA) how do I test JBDS-IS with JBDS 7.1.0.GA ? Do we then now need to rebuild JBDS-IS even for this ?

I'm not following why we insist on having JBDS-IS sites be basically a new repackaging of JBDS since then we are truly *locking* the releases together even harder than before :/
