Also from email conv with nick:

7.1 will be released to the same Marketplace entry (and backing URL) so 
I'll only need to update the entry to say "7.1.0.GA" instead of "7.0.0.GA".

As it should work with Kepler as well as SR1 and the forthcoming SR2 
(Feb 2014), it will still have "(Kepler)" on it, but we might update the 
copy [1] to state that SR1 (and later SR2) is recommended due to 
performance/bug fixes, like we did for 6.0.1 [2].
