Install BYOE from Update zip needs careful consideration. Update will still be under 7.0 directory so will user install update or 7.0 first and then update?

Leave Upgrade sections as will be affected by TOOLSDOC-353 implementation. Will probably keep 7.0 refs as part of major stream update from 6.x not being possible.
