In  JBIDE-15161 I added a warning that tells you that phpmyadmin's not scalable and thus embedding will most likely fail. So users are not completely unprepared when this happens:

The warning is currently shown when you try to embed phpmyadmin into a scalable application. This gets more critical once there are new cartridges that are not scalable.
Thus postponing this since we're running out of time and this turns out to be NON-CRITICAL
