i bumped the pom in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-java-client/pull/78, tagged the commit and created a branch.

I then released via jboss nexus. 2.4.0.Final is now available from our maven repository: https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases/com/openshift/openshift-java-client/2.4.0.Final/
