This issue only occurs on Windows OS. On RHEL6.4 I can not reproduce the issue. 
Created new project using camel-webservice archetype.  Build it, and try to Run As -> Local Camel Context.  Throws error dialog.  I have attached a screenshot and the diagnostics zip file.
