[~mmurray] FYI, Central is currently being modified to support new operations and concepts (cf JBIDE-16592 and JBIDE-16375). Attached screenshot shows what Central looks like currently in my development branch. Your feedback is welcome.

I also expect the "Show installed" checkbox to change in the context of JBIDE-16375 as we'll at least one additional filters ("Show Beta features").
