jbosstools-vpe cordovasim artifacts are moving to jbosstools-aerogear/cordovasim along with commit history.

https://github.com/dgolovin/jbosstools-cordovasim is filtered version of jbosstools-vpe:master, after filtering all root folders moved to cordovasim subdir and maven artifacts groupId's and artifactId's updated to new namespace org.jboss.tools.vpe -> org.jboss.tools.aerogear.  This repo merged with history into jbosstools-aerogear and included into provided PR.

jbosstools-aerogear/pom.xml is updated to include cordovasim module and references to nightly p2 repositories for jbosstools-base, jbosstools-jst, jbosstools-browsersim.

jboostools-aerogear/site/category.xml updated to include cordovasim features.
