Feature : HTML file template now has two jQM options for the various versions.

Writer Task: Edit topic 22843. Change procedure step to state select HTML jQM Page (1.3) or (1.4) from Templates table. Create a new screen cap for figure 'HTML5 jQuery Mobile Page Template for New HTML Files'.
