I opened this only slightly-related bug over on wtp:   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=431910

Basically, show-in-console action only works for local servers. I'm requesting they remove it when it's not applicable so that we can add our own similar action for remotes. 

That's not really going to help @mmalina though if he can't even get output ;)
