Several issues:
* I can't see JBDS-2943 in the target-platforms, nor for JBoss Tools, nor for JBDS.
* With "includes", you need a fully qualified version of the feature: 0.14.0.201401060023, or you can put 0.0.0 and it will be replaced during build by 0.14.0.201401060023/.
