-1 for adding TestNG to the JBDS TP. If we do that it'll have to be maintained in two places: 

* Central TP (for JBoss Tools Central & JBDS BYOE users) & 
* JBDS TP (for JBDS installer users)

Product is allowed to have more than the TP, because the product is TP + projects + 3rd party stuff we pre-install. That's the value-add of using the installer rather than JBDS BYOE or JBT.
