I agree a more 'proper' way would to include it in JBDS TP instead of adding central TP - maybe time we treat JBDS TP like JBTIS treat ours ? with a link to a TP and then a delta which gets merged so there is minimum maintaenence overhead ?

The big problem though is that there will then undoubtly be more and more overlap/chance of differeing versions across JBT, JBDS, Central TP ...
