It's how the new splitted palette could look. Ignore the version combobox for HTML tab so far. I guess we should name that tab as "HTML5" and don't have any version switcher at all.

Right now, HTML tab has just a few widgets which may be interesting for JQM developers. So we moved that HTML tab below the JQM one. On this screencast http://www.screenr.com/NXdN you can see how it behaves when the JQM tab is too long (you have to scroll it down to see the HTML tab).

And BTW, if we decide to split our palette to JQM and HTML we can start to work on adding new widgets to the HTML tab.
