With new feature in install-grinder provided by JBIDE-17023 , JRebel connector is currently excluded from installation-tests (by configuration in Jenkins job).
When we think this is resolved, we'll re-enable installation of JRebel in installation-tests. Then if installation-tests are happy with JRebel, we'll be able to mark this ticket as resolved.
As this is something we don't control and that seems acceptable for Beta2, I've made this bug target 4.2.0.Final.
