After some discussions I think we should minimalize refresh options. How it should be for now:
- manual full page refresh
- refreshOnChange : full page refresh after document changed(enable/disable)
- refreshOnSave : full page refresh after document saved(enable/disable).
last two options cannot be enabled both.
