Yeah, so it seems that the design is not very good. Right now each handler tries to create the server+runtime and it seems they do this asynchronously after OK is pressed. I understand that this will require significant changes and it's probably not a pressing issue, but it should be fixed sooner or later. We should be able to tell the outcome of the operation and not just hope for the best. Right now if for some reason two handlers think they are supposed to create a runtime, you will end up with two duplicate runtimes.
