Double checked.

I reproduced it with JBDS Beta1-v20140408-2350-B93 on Fedora 18_64bit KDE with Oracle JDK 1.7.0_51.

faces-config.xml opened in JBoss Tools XML editor from Web Projects view and renamed via Web Project View context menu. Editor title was not changed. Diagram tab was opened.
