I cannot replicate that and marking it as upstream for now.
Any details about:
- JVM provider and version;
- OS X Version;
- additional software installed (related to windows management);
- two or one monitors;
would be helpful.

Installer itself has only one place where it adjust window in the middle of the screen and it seems to work.
