Confirmation dialog is now added on master. Please note that this only applies to engines that are downloaded but not introduced through search. The custon engines are not deleted from the file system by our tools.

As a note I am not doing anyting for the download dialog because it is possible that we well start using a download source that will support progress reporting in the future.
