    Description: Switching from workspace without OpenShift server adapter to workspace with opened details for OpenShift server adapter opens connection dialog (credentials) before opening workbench. After canceling/completing this connection dialog, workbench shell is opened.  (was: Switch from workspace without OpenShift server adapter to workspace with OpenShift server adapter open connection dialog (credentials) before showing workbench. After canceling/passing this connection dialog, workbench shell is opened.)
