[~dgolovin], [~kmarmaliykov] the issue with anchors is windows (SWT IE) specific. On Ubuntu everything works like a charm - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KTGAUQq5aE 
Basically anchor tag is *never* sent as part of the HTTP request by any browser, it is only interpreted locally within the browser - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3067491/is-the-anchor-part-of-a-url-being-sent-to-a-web-server . The main problem with SWT IE is that when we set url with anchor it does not leads to the GET request. If any other browser is opened (Chrome, IE <- *not* SWT IE) the request happens. I tried to play with *-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.IEVersion* property but wasn't able to fix it that way. So, we probably need a hack
