[~nickboldt] - the zip file bloat is caused by this line in the JBTIS TP POM:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-integration-stack/blob/master/target-platform/pom.xml#L325

If I put it back to 

<sourceTargetFile>integration-stack-base.target</sourceTargetFile>

it cures the issue.  ref this comment:

Tycho 0.21.0, must resolve aggregate-full.target, not integration-stack-base.target, or build fails due to missing deps; make sure you've run this to update to latest IU versions first.

Do we know what was missing?
