Now that the jar exists in Nexus [1] and is built as part of CI, it's time to figure out how/where to link to it from tools.jboss.org.

I can add this to the release guide if we want to upload it on Sourceforge and link to it from the download pages, eg., on the list of zips here:

Or we can just link to it in nexus, if we don't want to pull specific milestone snapshots and release them to SF. WDYT?
