    Description: 
We can create a proper zipped distro of the standalone.jar

*    include jar w/ short name, browsersim-standalone.jar
*    include readme saying "run this using `java -jar browsersim-standalone.jar`"
*    call it jbosstools-4.2.0.CR1_2014-09-22_16-09-46-B136-browsersim-stand-alone.zip
*    THEN we can release it as a new item on pages like http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/jbosstools/luna/4.2.0.Beta3.html#zips

In order to provide the browsersim standalone jar as a "real release" it needs to be:

* a zip (with a long filename)
* containing a readme
* and the standalone jar (with short filename)
