Eclicpse does not seem to provide ProxySelector: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=299756

but Forge does: https://github.com/forge/core/blob/master/configuration/impl/src/main/java/org/jboss/forge/addon/configuration/proxy/ProxyObserver.java#L36

but only if proxies defined in config.xml.
