plenty of people test on nightly: Martin and Marian are two from QE actively doinng it but anyone else that want to give feedback to devs work *Before* respin is dependent on this nightly to be built.

If we have bandwidth on jenkins to build it we should enable them (assuming we dont have the jobs trigger cascade builds)
