Thank you for the nice explanation. I checked the first suggestion (running jobs) but there are no jobs running when the issue appears. 

I ran the tests locally against JBDS 8.0.1 CR1 version (but I used to run it against earlier versions too). 

I'd like to try the second possible cause - could you please give me more details about the workaroud? Or is it / will it be fixed in some Mars milestone?

I've also noticed that this bug appears when I test AS 7.1 tests but not EAP 6.3 tests.
