After a chat w/ Max today, it's been decided that the webtools stuff should ONLY be a symlink/composite of real content elsewhere, so we'll preserve a URL like /updates/webtools/mars/ for that, even though it's a different pattern than the above. Futher details in JBIDE-18921, where I'm experimenting w/ how this will work.
