Spoke with [~alansantos].  He's in agreement with Nick's PR - no need to promote SOA 5.x in Eclipse Marketplace.  That makes Eclipse Marketplace and JBoss Central different with regard to 'SOA 5.x Development'.  [~maxandersen] - suggest I push this PR [1] so we can proceed with the Eclipse Marketplace changes for the IS.
