TL;DR... so we want to add the Mylyn Docs Wikitext feature to the JBDS/BYOE core feature so it's installed OOTB?

Does this count as:

a) a change that would require a new 8.x installer
b) "a breaking change"

Should this be something for 8.0.x or 9.0.0?
